Students and Parents

Part of the mission of Upward Bound is to provide a safe environment with caring adults that promotes the development of values and attitudes conducive to productive citizenship and lifelong learning. In that light, Upward Bound believes that parents should ideally be their children’s first and most important teachers, and we work to support students and parents—together—in learning that they must become advocates for their own growth, development and success.
